Sea moss gel is a natural and nutrient-rich product made from sea moss. Many people mix it with water to create a puree, which can be taken by the spoonful or added to a smoothie. How to prepare: 

  • Seamoss
  • 4 Limes
  • 1 Gallon Spring Water
  • Mesh Strainer
  • Blender
  • Jars 

 

Experience the full benefits of Seamoss Gel by first rinsing it with refreshing spring water, then adding a zesty twist with 1 LIME. Repeat this process 4 times before letting it sit overnight with the lime. In the morning, rinse off the seamoss and witness its transformation into a tripled-in-size gel. Depending on desired quantity, blend 1-2 cups of water and 1 cup of seamoss until achieving a smooth puree-like consistency. Keep it fresh and chilled in the refrigerator for maximum enjoyment.
